A BELOVED soap star has been found dead in a forest just days after heading out to meet a long-lost pal.
Magdalena Majtyka, 42, told loved ones she was on her way to meet up with an old high-school friend on March 4.

Shortly afterwards the Polish soap star vanished.
launched an official into her disappearance.
Her distraught husband and filmmaker Piotr Bartos also posted a public appeal to social media.
The star’s car was found abandoned on a road leading deep into a forest near Biskupice Oławskie in southern last Thursday.
The vehicle appeared to have hit a tree and had been left deserted.
Just one day later, the actress’ remains were discovered only 650 feet from her crash Opel Corsa.
Authorities have officially ruled out crash trauma as her cause of death following autopsy results.
Police also say they do not suspect the involvement of a third party in her death.
Public prosecutor Damian Pownuk said “histological and toxicological tests” were going to be undertaken on Majtyka’s body.
“Based on these results, experts will determine the final, definitive cause of death,” he said.
Her passing has sent shock waves through the Polish entertainment world.
Majtyka was best known for her roles in the long-running Polish soap operas Na Wspólnej and Pierwsza Miłość.
The police investigation into her mysterious death remains ongoing.
Her shock death follows the discovery of a 13 years after he disappeared.
Cops made the grim discovery of Kevin Judge’s body in a wooded area in January.
Extensive enquiries had been carried out in the years following Kevin’s disappearance on April 15, 2013.
The much-loved dad was identified from dental records and a set of house keys found at the scene, his family said.
West Police told Kevin’s family that they do not believe there were any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
