POLICE have launched an urgent search for a teenager in Staffordshire, after he suddenly vanished on August 23.
The force is using sniffer dogs to find George, 17, but have warned the public to not “approach” him.
Officers searched for George with sniffer dogs for over two hours in Cheadle town centre.
Now, the force is appealing to the public for help and have released a description of the youngster.
He has been described as being 5ft 11ins tall and as being of a slim build.
Authorities added that he is likely to be wearing a black leather jacket and black skinny jeans.
He is also known to carry a guitar.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “We need your help in finding 17-year-old George, who has gone missing from Derbyshire.
“George was last seen at about 5pm on Saturday.
“George has links to Cheadle.
“If you’ve seen him, please do not approach him and call 999 as soon as possible quoting incident 2 of August 25.”
