MCLAREN are changing their name next season to McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team.
They are the only team on the grid not without a title sponsor in the name, with Vodafone the last title sponsor that McLaren had between 2007 and 2013.

Fans are also set for more exclusive, behind-the-scenes access and one-of-a-kind experiences from the partnership.
Mastercard is also introducing ‘Team Priceless’ – an initiative to allow Papaya fans to get closer to the team from hot laps to meeting drivers.
Today Mastercard is hosting a live fan event in Amsterdam on the evening ahead of this weekend’s Dutch Grand Prix with drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri as well as DJ Calvin Harris.
Zak Brown, CEO, McLaren Racing, said: “There is no one more important to us than our awesome fans,
“So I could not be more delighted to enter this next chapter in our partnership with Mastercard.
“With a promise to our Papaya Family around the world that we will continue to put our fans first, bring them even closer to the team, and offer incredible experiences.
“Mastercard is a fantastic partner who shares our passions and values, so to have them on board as naming partner will offer us the perfect launch pad to keep pushing on and off track – and I cannot wait to see Team Priceless come to life in 2026.”
McLaren will be hoping to continue what has been a superb year on the track this weekend in the Netherlands.
Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris lead the pack in the drivers standings, earning a combined 11 wins already.
While McLaren are currently a comfortable 290 POINTS ahead of closest rivals Ferrari in the Constructors standings.
