SIMON Cowell is back and looking for a brand new boy band – 15 years after putting One Direction together.
The music mogul, 66, has released the first trailer for his six part show, : The Next Chapter.

Out on December 10, the series will follow Simon trying to find the next big thing in music and inviting 16 budding singers to his home in for a bootcamp style crash course.
He hopes that he will then be able to find enough talent – and boys that gel – that he can try and find them a recording contract.
Speaking in the trailer, Simon admits he fears his reputation could be over if he fails to make a successful band.
Simon said: “When you’re putting a band together it’s like mining for diamonds.
“As much as I love my job on TV, I miss where I started, which is signing artists and working with bands.
“There is a massive opportunity. I am going to find a new boy band.”
He candidly adds: “But there is a huge risk. If this goes wrong it will be ‘Simon Cowell has lost it’.
“The chances of this working are less than 10%.”
Throughout his career Simon has dominated the music industry – becoming a household name back in 2001 thanks to his role as lead judge on Pop Idol.
In 2004 he launched which went on to create countless stars including Little Mix, Leona Lewis, James Arthur and of course music phenomenon One Direction.
