The teen posts his stunts on social media, where he claimed: “You give me two , I won’t get you wet; you don’t give me two euros, I’ll light you up.”

He claimed to Le Parisien: “In Algeria … when you pay the customs officers, they don’t search you … you can go on. I’ve got the same idea.”
Hamza has run riot on streets of Paris for days as locals soak up the sun during the recent heatwave.
He has been caught on camera pushing women into the canal, and firing his water gun at , drivers and cyclists.
In one video, cops order him out of the canal and into their car.
But as soon as their heads are turned, the teen slips out and launches himself back into the water.

Hamza has been arrested at least once for his antics, reportedly on suspicion of group violence and vandalism.
But after being taken into custody last week, the teen joked that the main advantage of his time behind bars was that “there was air conditioning”.
The hoodlum has rocketed to fame, and now has fans come and ask for his photo as he zooms around Paris on a chair attached to an electric scooter.
“I’m a star”, Hamza bragged to reporters.
He told BFM TV : “I make people laugh, even mum’s come and take their photos with me.”
Hamza’s own mum, is not aware of his antics, he says.
The teen told CNews that his dad “leaves me alone because he knows I’m not doing anything bad.
“All I do is water people and the police from time to time. My mother doesn’t know about it”, he added.
His dad told Le Parisien Hamza was “a nice boy” who “doesn’t hurt anyone”.
The teen is not universally beloved, with one restaurant owner saying he was “bothering everyone” outside his .
A local shopkeeper said: “It’s disturbing to have to disarm a minor.”
Hamza is reportedly known to the police for around 10 alleged offences since June last year.
