STRICTLY star Shaun Wright-Phillips reckons his pro dance partner is scarier than José Mourinho.

He said: “I would say Alexis is most probably scarier but Mourinho is unpredictable — you never know when it is coming.”
Alexis laughed: “How am I scary?”
Shaun, son of footie legend , replied: “There’s nothing wrong with being scary. It’s OK. I’m scary sometimes.”
Shaun also revealed that his former skipper John Terry, 45, “is actually a very good dancer”.
But he went on: “I don’t know how he would be doing it live like I am with all the cameras around and shown to eight million people.”
Dad joined rehearsals this week ahead of his son’s quickstep to I’m A Believer by The Monkees last night.
Shaun said: “It was brilliant and amazing having him there and him seeing in many ways how tough it was, even though he was having a laugh with it.”


Shaun, who also played for Man City and QPR, was unfazed to get a two from in the first week for his cha-cha-cha.
He said: “Well, nothing’s really hurt me. I grew up in a world of football from a very young age where nothing was filtered.
“Every emotion or passion that the manager felt, he needed to say, he got it across however he wanted to get across.
“I’ve always taken criticism, tried to turn it into a positive.”
