A shamed star of a huge US drama looks unrecognisable as she shows off her hair transformation – do you know who she is?

The actress, 61, debuted her new short bob with bangs while attending LACMA’s Opening Gala for The David Geffen Galleries on Thursday in .

She made sure all eyes were on her as she showed off her chic new hairstyle which no doubt turned heads at the event.

The new hair do is a massive contrast from her signature long brunette locks.

As well as her new hairstyle, the star looked drop dead gorgeous in a silver sequined gown with a daring thigh-high split.

She accessorised with a pair of matching strappy heels and some stunning diamond stud earrings.

It’s none other than 90210 star ! She played the role of Debbie Wilson on the hit show from 2008 to 2012.

She was joined at the event by her daughter Olivia Jade, who dazzled in a sheer black gown with ruffles.

Fans couldn’t get over her new look as they flocked to to share their reactions.

One person commented: “So happy for her, she looks amazing.”

Another Instagram user gushed: “She looks wonderful!! Good for her!!”

Somebody else suggested: “For a minute I thought it was Paula Abdul.. defo a new look! LL keep enjoying yourself!”

Yet another penned: “I didn’t recognise her. She has always been beautiful.”

While a fifth added: “Absolutely gorgeous!! Wowza!”

She and her husband Mossimo Giannulli were both following a college admissions scandal.

The two were sentenced during hearings over Zoom, with Lori receiving two months in prison, while Mossimi was sentenced to five months.

They were among nearly 30 prominent parents to plead guilty in the case, which federal prosecutors dubbed “Operation Varsity Blues.”

It uncovered hefty bribes to get undeserving kids into college with rigged test scores or fake athletic credentials.

“Under the plea agreements filed today, these defendants will serve prison terms reflecting their respective roles in a conspiracy to corrupt the college admissions process and which are consistent with prior sentences in this case,” US Attorney Andrew Lelling said in a statement at the time.

She was released in December 2020 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud for paying $500,000 to secure her daughters’ admission to USC.

As well as her prison time, her sentence also included a $150,000 fine, 100 hours of community service and two years of suprervised release.

and fashion designer Mossimo are parents to daughters Isabella Rose and Olivia Jade. He’s also dad to son Gianni, from a previous marriage.

The two recently separated after 28 years of marriage and the news was confirmed by a representative of Lori’s back in October.

It was claimed that the pair had been living separate lives for a while and their marriage wasn’t able to recover from the scandal.
