Atalanta manager, Gian Piero Gasperini has hailed Ademola Lookman after the winger impressed once again in Saturday night’s 2-1 home defeat to Napoli.
Lookman continued his impressive scoring run for La Dea by converting from the penalty spot in the keenly contested encounter.
His international teammate, Victor Osimhen handled the ball inside the box early in the game and the former Leicester City man blasted the ball into the net.
Lookman has now scored five goals in his last six league outings for Atalanta.
“Lookman is doing really well and I really like Hoglund. I am very satisfied with how these lads are doing,” Gasperini told DAZN.
The Nigerian moved to Atalanta from Bundesliga club, RB Leipzig last summer.
