SCARLETTE Douglas broke down in tears in one of Celebrity Hunted’s most emotional moments tonight.

The property expert and presenter is currently taking part in the series with her brother Stuart.

The siblings have done well so far to avoid the hunters, but the constant paranoia and moving around gets to in tonight’s episode.

They were tracked to a gay bar in Leeds on last night’s episode, and at the start of tonight’s they managed to escape to a hotel by the skin of their teeth.

Once inside the safety of the hotel room, Scarlette’s emotions all came tumbling out.

As she lay back on the bed and held her hands to her eyes, she told Stuart it was “so stressful”.

Her brother demanded she get up and give him a hug, before she sat down and let the tears roll.

As the moment played out, Scarlette’s voice cracked over the top as she said: “Today has been a lot, they are literally on our tail.

“I thought I was a really strong person but today has made me think, maybe I’m not.”

Scarlette was then seen speaking into the camera while lying on the bed as she said “I don’t like it at all” and wiped the tears from her eyes with the sleeve of her hoodie.

The star was then seen hugging her knees while still emotional as Stuart told her: “It is what it is. We haven’t been caught.”

Sadly it was famous last words as the next day, they tried to meet their arranged pick up but were cornered by the hunters in the multi-storey car park where they were waiting.

Stuart – who has been wearing a surgical boot on his foot after an injury before filming – was unable to escape capture.

But Scarlette, who had been waiting separately in the car park, managed to get out and avoid being caught, meaning she has to continue the rest of the challenge by herself.
