SAM Thompson has dropped a huge hint he’s split with his new girlfriend in a cryptic Instagram message.

He was seen snug with the feline – who he shared with ex , 29 – yet posted the mystery caption: “Starting 2026 as I mean to go on.”
Sam followed up with a red Emoji love heart.
The wording, alongside the snap of solely him and his pet, led some to think he was single – and putting his efforts into his home life.
Yet his fans will no doubt be hoping the romance with glam remains on track.
His upload came after ex Zara , after the pair too the huge next step in their relationship.
SAM’S ROMANCE
After months of dating, Sam announced at the beginning of December that .
Speaking to his best pal on their Staying Relevant podcast, Sam confirmed they had taken their romance to the next level.
He said excitedly: “I’ve got a girlfriend. I’ve got a girlfriend!”
Sam then revealed the moment he asked Talitha out on a dinner date, explaining: “Yeah, I just, I just said, ‘Look, I really like you. I mean, I really, really like you and you make me feel really… comfortable.’”
Continuing, the star said: “You know, I wouldn’t be dating someone this amount of time if I didn’t think it had legs to last.
“So will you be my girlfriend?’ And she said ‘yes’. And so I said, ‘great’”.
