NON LEAGUE club Kings Park Rangers have tragically revealed player Saburi Olayinka Adeniji has been left braindead.
Adeniji was admitted to hospital on January 15 after suffering a severe brain stem injury.

His situation continued to deteriorate and his club say he is now “considered be imminently dying”.
Medics who have been caring for Adeniji have now classified him as braindead because the severity of his injury.
Adeniji’s wife and daughter are currently in Nigeria and are set to travel back to the UK before he passes away or life support is withdrawn.
The club have now launched a fundraiser on GoFundMe to cover the family’s travel costs and accommodation.
Kings Park Rangers, managed by former Norwich City star Jamie Cureton, said: “Saburi leaves behind a 4-year-old daughter, whom he adored.
“He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and was deeply committed to giving his daughter a good education and a better future.
“Beyond the immediate need to reunite his family, this fund will also be used to support his wife financially as she navigates life after this devastating loss and help secure his daughter’s education and wellbeing back home in Nigeria.
“This is a moment for the football world to come together players, clubs, teammates, supporters, and friends.

At the time of writing, the club have raised £7,424 and are closing in on their target of £8,000.
Kings Park – who play in Division One North of the Eastern Counties League were stunned by the huge response to their donation page and posted a thank you message on X.
It read: “Wow. We have been absolutely blown away by all of the funds raised.
At times like this the football and non league community really come together it is so so special.
“Thank you so much to everyone who has donated, retweeted or even spoken about our fundraiser raising awareness is just as important as donating.”
