SEVENTEEN’s S.Coups and Mingyu may be teaming up as a new unit!
On July 11, MyDaily reported that S.Coups and Mingyu will be debuting as SEVENTEEN’s latest unit. If confirmed, this will mark the group’s fourth official unit following BSS, Jeonghan x Wonwoo (JxW), and Hoshi x Woozi (HxW).
In response to the report, a representative from PLEDIS Entertainment stated, “It’s difficult for us to confirm anything at this time.”;
S.Coups is SEVENTEEN’s overall leader as well as the leader of the hip-hop team, with Mingyu also belonging to the hip-hop team. Unlike previous units that combined vocal and performance team members or vocal and hip-hop members, this will be SEVENTEEN’s first unit composed solely of hip-hop team members.
