Gunie’s inside a packed penalty area left Git screaming on the floor in pain.
Reports from the game suggest that he has suffered to his tibia and fibula.
But that wasn’t the end of Git’s woes as the called onto the pitch to take him away got stuck.
Due to torrential conditions and a water-logged surface, the vehicle could not move properly on the grass.
It had been slow to get to Git in the first place with players needed to push it towards the box at the other end of the pitch from the entrance.
Once Git was in, the ambulance still couldn’t properly get going and it left the bizarre sight of a crowd of bodies all putting their weight into the van to help.
A large group of players and staff from both sides pushed as a siren went off.
More than 10 people at one point were following the ambulance as it turned around and set away.
Git was then taken to once the ambulance finally left.
Gunie was shown a red card for his challenge on the sopping wet pitch.
His side went on to lose the game with the sky blue Voluntari winning 2-1.
The result leaves Voluntari second in Group C with Oradea sitting fifth out of six.
Voluntari are unbeaten in the group, winning six and drawing just once.
Git could be out of action for more than nine months, such is the severity of his injury.
