The fictional K-pop idol group HI-BOYZ from “Resident Playbook”;;will be performing on “M Countdown”;;!
On May 16, News1 reported that HI-BOYZ will be appearing on Mnet’s music program “M Countdown”;; and is currently coordinating the details.
In response to the report, a representative from “M Countdown”;; confirmed the news, stating, “It’s true that HI-BOYZ from ‘Resident Playbook’ will be appearing on the show,”;; adding, “They are scheduled to appear on the upcoming May 22 broadcast.”;;
Previously, TXT’s Yeonjun and Soobin made special cameo appearances in the drama as former bandmates of Um Jae Il (Kang You Seok), a first-year resident at Yulje Medical Center’s Jongro branch who used to be a member of the now-disbanded group HI-BOYZ.
The final two episodes of “Resident Playbook”;; will air on May 17 and 18 at 9:20 p.m. KST, while “M Countdown”;; airs every Thursday at 6 p.m. KST.
