Who is Real Madrid's £130m Secret Transfer Target? President Perez's Bold Promise Creates Buzz Before Election!

REAL MADRID president Florentino Perez sparked chaos by announcing that he will bid €150m (£130m) for a global superstar on Tuesday, should he win the club’s election.

Perez, 79, is going up against challenger Enrique Riquelme on Sunday.

Both men have spent this week on the campaign trail, with Riquelme even by claiming that he will sign from should he win.

Perez admitted that Haaland was an impossibility, but did promise: “I’m going to make an offer to a club soon, on Tuesday, which will be the biggest payment would have made for a player in their history, €150m (£130m) at least.

“It’s not [Jeremy] Doku and it’s not [Erling] Haaland, it’s not [Harry] Kane, it’s not [Michael] Olise…

“The €150m deal is not for a defender. It could be midfielder or forward. He is a young player. And he is not from the Premier League. He’s a total Galactic.”

The saga took a further twist on Friday, when The Guardian reported that Perez’s target is in fact Olise.

French international winger Olise would fit the bill as a Galactico-level superstar.

But under contract for another three years, the ex-Crystal Palace ace would be difficult to prise away from .

Other reports, meanwhile, suggest that the target is in fact superstar .

Teamtalk claim Real Madrid chiefs have already been laying down the groundwork regarding a potential deal for the Georgian.

Kvaratskhelia, 25, has been a revelation since signing for PSG from in January last year – helping them to two Champions League titles.

Like Olise, however, Kvaratskhelia remains under contract at his current club for another three years.

It has been speculated that Perez was bluffing while making his statement – both over the names that he denied the target being, and whether the target even exists at all.

It is expected that Real Madrid will go for a forward player or midfielder, as Perez claimed.

Olise’s team-mate could fit the bill as a dream target, and may be available with just one year left on his deal.

Real could even make an audacious bid for Julian Alvarez from city rivals .

Former Man City star Alvarez has been strongly linked with a move to this summer, which would make him even more of a coup for Real.

Should Perez go for a midfielder, PSG duo Joao Neves and would surely both be high on their wishlist.

The Guardian claim that Neves in particular is of interest to the Spanish giants.

Alternatively, Real Madrid could make a blockbuster swoop for Enzo Fernandez.

During the March international break, Fernandez flirted with a possible Bernabeu switch, admitting: “I really like Madrid – it’s similar to Buenos Aires.”

Further quizzed about whether he’d consider living in the Spanish capital, the star added: “Yes, of course.”

Boss subsequently slapped the midfielder with an internal two-match suspension.

Despite Rosenior since being axed, reports in Spain suggest that Real chiefs have agreed personal terms with Fernandez.

Real Madrid have already added Ibrahima Konate from this month, with expected to follow.

And if Perez gets his way, a superstar forward is waiting in the wings.
