A PLANE with 267 passengers on board has crashed into a radar at an airport in Turkey – destroying its wing and leaving a hole in the jet’s side.

The Boeing 777-3Q8 Turkish Airlines flight struck a metal structure in Antalya – as gas masks came down and overhead compartments flung open.

One person was left injured following the collision.

Shocking images showed the plane’s wing torn apart following the terrifying impact on Friday.

The crash sparked an urgent evacuation of the jet’s 267 passengers.

A female passenger who filmed the carnage in the cabin following the smash said: “After landing, something broke off in the plane.

“The woman is hysterical.

“Even the skin of the plane was torn off… this metal thing, we ran over it.”
