ARSENAL’S Premier League champions were recognised by their peers as they dominated the shortlist for the PFA Players’ Player of the Year award.

Gunners trio , and have all been nominated for the prestigious player-voted prize.

The three title-winners are up against duo and Rayan Cherki, as well as Man Utd ace Bruno Fernandes.

Fernandes, who broke the Premier League assist record this term, has already won both the FWA and EA Sports Premier League Player of the Season awards.

Gabriel, Rice and Raya shone as ended their 22-year wait for a Premier League title this season.

The three Arsenal aces played a huge role in keeping Arsenal air-tight at the back as they ended the season conceding just 27 league goals – the best record in the league.

Arsenal’s astonishing 19 CLEAN SHEETS also earned goalkeeper Raya his third consecutive Golden Glove award.

Arsenal supporters are torn over which player they would like to see collect the PFA Players’ Player of the Year award.

On social media one wrote: “So hard to pick as they were all brilliant for the entire campaign.”

A second added: “There can’t be a split vote, because then none of them will win it.”

An another posted: “It not good that the votes will be spread amongst the three Arsenal players. It gives room for another club with just one player to win.”

Fellow Arsenal star has also received a nomination for PFA Young Player of the Year after his breakout campaign for the Gunners.

Dowman, 16, has been nominated alongside Rio Ngumoha, , , and Eli Junior Kroupi.

Dowman became the Premier League’s youngest ever player, goalscorer and champion this season.

The teenager ended the league campaign with one goal and one assist from six appearances.

The winners will be honoured on Tuesday August 25 at the 53rd annual PFA Awards Ceremony in Manchester.
