BY now, we all know that money can’t buy taste – however, that doesn’t stop some from spending a fortune in hopes they’ll be perceived as more classy and prestige.

But now one personal stylist has listed four items that will and appearance in an instant – and it doesn’t matter how much they cost.

Lena Aspette, who previously shared , took to TikTok to drop the knowledge bombs.

So, how many of these do YOU have in the wardrobe?

According to the fashion whizz, who claims to have helped over 6,000 women “feel stylish and confident”, the first mistake is wearing .

“Especially ripped ones or with a lot of buttons,” she said in a recent video .

“I used to wear them too but today they instantly date the outfit, and it’s almost impossible to style them in a contemporary way,” Lena shared her brutal verdict.

Another popular item she urged shoppers to have a think about when buying are “dated bags”, such as leather-look tote bags or crossbody bags with tassel detailing.

While they might be comfortable and practical, the whizz warned such designs will make the outfit “look cheap”.

“So buying one today will just be .”

If you’re looking to get rid of your puffy winter coats ahead of the warmer months, chances are you’ve considered snapping up a tweed blazer – however, it can go awfully wrong.

“Wrong tweed blazers, especially with round necklines or with a very tailored fit. It’s hard to style them to look polished today, so they won’t be a good investment,” Lena claimed.

The same, she continued, also goes for “dated tops”, which include long-sleeve tops with ”very wide necklines” and ”extra buttons”.

The TikToker (@ lena.aspette ) said: “They still exist in most closets but they make the whole look feel older and they’re really hard to style in a modern way.”

Lena added: “Ladies, looking polished isn’t about buying more – it’s about knowing what actually works for you.

“It is not the price tag that makes you look polished and put together – it is choosing the right designs and shapes that work for you,” she said in the clip that’s racked up over 60k views since being posted online.

One fashionista commented: “That’s my whole wardrobe.”

“I want your entire outfit!” another chimed in.

Whilst someone else simply said: “Agree.”

Why Primark is great for looking expensive on a budget

By, Fabulous Fashion Editor

AS someone who’s no stranger to grabbing a last-minute outfit from Primark for a night out, it’s about time that celebrities started catching on too.

For as long as I’ve been heading out, Primark has been my go-to for those “I have nothing to wear” moments, rushing in at the last minute to find something perfect.

And I’m definitely not alone – on any Friday or Saturday night, you’ll find plenty of shoppers doing the same thing, right before closing time.

But no matter what, Primark always delivers.

Now, Rita Ora is leading the charge, showing that you can snag a designer-worthy look without spending a fortune at high-end stores.

While Rita’s not rushing in last minute for a red carpet outfit, she’s proving you can achieve the same high-impact style for much less.

Looking stunning in her tailored suit alongside her mum Vera, Rita fit right in among the other A-listers dripping in Prada, Dior, and Victoria Beckham – if anything, she looked even better than some of the guests at The Fashion Awards.

With Myleene Klass and Roxy Horner already jumping on the Primark bandwagon, I’m sure more stars will be following suit soon enough.
