PDP Delays NEC Meeting as Defections Shake Party Dynamics

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has rescheduled its 103rd National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting that was originally planned for Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

The party announced the change in a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, on Monday.

As stated, the decision was made by the National Working Committee (NWC) during an emergency meeting due to recent developments within the party.

Ologunagba noted that the postponement was sanctioned in accordance with Section 29 (2)(b) of the PDP Constitution (as amended in 2017), and assured that a new date for the meeting would be communicated to members in due course.

He encouraged all NEC members to take note of this development and to await further updates.
