PDP announces inauguration date for National Convention organising committee

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has announced the inauguration date of the 2025 National Convention Organizing Committee, NCOC.

This followed the approval of the National Executive Committee, NEC, and the National Working Committee, NWC.

This was contained in a statement by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, on Thursday.

According to the statement, the party scheduled the inauguration to be on Tuesday, 2nd September, 2025.

It said that the 110- member PDP 2025 National Convention Organizing Committee has Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State as Chairman, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State as Vice Chairman and Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State as Secretary.

The NWC in the same vein urged all leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members of the party to remain united, focused and continue to work together towards the success of the PDP 2025 Elective National Convention scheduled to hold in Ibadan, the Oyo State in November.
