Items include his 1992/93 champions miniature trophy, which is expected to sell for £30,000.

This was the only occasion when players received a scaled-down version of the league championship cup instead of a medal.

The full-back, who made 19 appearances for England, is also selling his Three Lions Italia 90 cap and winners medals.

Parker's 1993-94 Premier League winners medal is projected to sell for £15,000, while his FA Cup winners medal from their 4-0 victory is estimated at £18,000.

He established himself in the England team during the 1990 FIFA World Cup, where England reached the semi-finals before losing to West Germany in a penalty shootout.

His Italia 90 England cap is anticipated to fetch £6,000, while his 3rd/4th Place bronze medal is expected to bring in £12,000.

His 1991/92 League Cup winners medal is valued at £3,500, and his 1993 Charity Shield plaque could sell for £1,500.

Parker has kept all of his England caps, which have estimates starting from £1,000, as well as his miniature sword awarded for the 1987-88 player of the year.

Parker spent four years at QPR before joining Manchester United in 1991, making 105 appearances for them over five years before leaving in 1996.

He then had brief stints with Chelsea before retiring from professional football.

A spokesperson for auctioneers Budds in Wellingborough stated: “The primary reason for selling is that he is quite friendly with Viv Anderson and some of the other players who have sold their collections.

“With the current strong market for Manchester United memorabilia, he wants to maximize their value and provide the proceeds to his family.”
