A “TWERKING” police officer is accused of groping a colleague on the dance floor, according to a misconduct hearing.
Drunk PC Pamela Pritchard allegedly also grabbed a male officer’s genitals through his trousers during a leaving party in 2024 at Caernarfon Rugby Club.
She is accused of using “insulting and inappropriate language” towards two colleagues and attempting to kiss a superior.
A intoxicated Pritchard reportedly approached her colleague from behind, reached under her armpits, and squeezed her breasts.
The alleged victim, identified as PC “A,” testified at the hearing: ”PC Pritchard came from behind me, put both her arms under my armpits, and squeezed my breasts.”
She expressed that she felt “shocked and angry,” but PC Pritchard told her to “f**k off.”
Initially, PC “A” did not comprehend that she had been sexually assaulted, but later experienced nightmares and filed a formal complaint.
PC “B” also provided testimony at the hearing.
He stated that PC Pritchard “reached down and grabbed my genital area over my clothes.
“It was unexpected and shocking.”
The officer further recounted that PC Pritchard had also sat on his lap. “I remember her putting her hand around my neck as if to cuddle me and kissing me, which I believe was on my lips.”
“I never gave her any permission to do that. I was in a relationship at the time.
“She acted as if she had the freedom to do whatever she wanted.”
Her attorney stated that the PC would deny that her actions constituted gross misconduct.
She would also refute any claims of intentional sexual contact.
