Olivia told Cosmopolitan : ‘”My sister said to me, ‘If it was a man who was skeptical about their partner’s honesty, and they didn’t legally bind themselves to a person, everyone would be like, good for you, because she would’ve taken half your money’.

“It’s been hard enough untangling our lives.”

The ITV2 presenter said she was “living in a grey area” with Brad for years, but then a turning point came when she found out about his infidelity.

She said: “There was nowhere left for him to hide. As soon as I knew it had happened to me, I couldn’t stay.

“The only person I would be cheating is myself.”

Olivia has since moved on with her long-time friend and admits to carrying out a nauseating amount of public displays of affection with the tattooed heartthrob.

But in the months after the split, Olivia couldn’t stop crying.

She previously said: ” I have cried, I’ve cried so hard during this breakup to the point where I f*****g think I’m going to pass out, and then I will slap myself in the face and go to work.

“I don’t need to be crying on the internet, I don’t think that people, professionally, are going to respect me and book me to host their TV shows when I’m videoing myself lying on the floor crying”.

It followed her directly addressing the reason for the separation on Instagram in an emotional statement.

She wrote: “I have stood by Brad for the last ten years during which he lied & cheated on me multiple times.

“The breakdown of our relationship is because of this.”
