Kano Pillars technical adviser, Mohammed Babaganaru, has assured that the club will maintain their top-flight status at the end of the season, DAILY POST reports.
The Sai Masu Gida moved to 10th position in the table following their 1-0 victory over Warri Wolves last weekend.
The four-time champions are however not safe from relegation yet.
Pillars will be guests of Plateau United in their final game of the season at the New Jos Stadium.
The two teams will need a positive result to maintain their top-flight status.
Babaganaru stated that they are focused on achieving their objective.
“We are focused, determined and optimistic of surviving relegation by the last match of the season,” Babaganaru told reporters.
“Our fans must also remain calm, prayerful, and continue believing in us. God will definitely do it for us.”
