NPFL: Godsgift moves to Shooting Stars from Bayelsa United

Elkanah Godsgift has sealed a move to Shooting Stars ahead of the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

Godsgift signed a two-year deal with the Oluyole Warriors.

The goalkeeper previously played for Bayelsa United United, Abia Warriors, Katsina United, and Akwa United.

Godsgift left Bayelsa United after the 2024-25 season.

He has made 65 appearances in the NPFL.

Godsgift is expected to fight for a starting role with first choice shot stopper, Mustapha Lawal in the new look Nurudeen Aweroro’s team.
