Ikorodu City have announced the signing of Balogun from nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL champions Enyimba.
Balogun signed a one-year contract with Ikorodu City.
The striker spent five years with the People’s Elephant.
Balogun scored 14 goals in 105 appearances for the Aba giants.
The 24-year-old forward’s experience will be vital for Ikorodu City this season.
Ikorodu City will face Barau FC in a matchday four encounter at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan on Sunday.
