NPFL: Christian Madu set for Lobi Stars exit

Christian Madu is set for a move away from the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL side Lobi Stars.

According to reports, the former Rangers midfielder’s contract with the Makurdi-based outfit will expire in June.

Madu is expected to decide on his next move before the commencement of the new season.

The 31-year-old suffered relegation with Lobi Stars in the 2024/25 season.

He made 13 league appearances for Lobi Stars during the campaign.

Madu won the 2015/16 NPFL title with Rangers.

He also played for Portuguese side Nacional in 2019.
