NPFL: Adeyinka nears transfer to Shooting Stars

Adewale Adeyinka is nearing a move to Shooting Stars ahead of the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

Adeyinka is reported to be in advanced talks with the Oluyole Warriors.

The shot stopper departed Plateau United after seeing out his contract at the end of the 2024-25 season.

Shooting Stars are in search for a goalkeeping reinforcements ahead of the new campaign.

First choice goalkeeper Mustapha Lawal had an outstanding campaign for the Ibadan-based club last season.

Mustapha recorded 16 clean sheets from 29 games in the campaign.

The club however believed their is need for more competition in the position.
