Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have asserted that under the administration of President Bola Tinubu, all Nigerians now have access to education and healthcare.

The Chairman of APC Governors and Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, made this statement while addressing the press shortly after a meeting of the Progressive Governors in Abuja.

He noted that the administration has facilitated loans for students and has ensured that “health insurance schemes” are operational.

Referencing the recent defection of Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara to the party, Uzodinma stated that Nigerians are pleased with Tinubu’s government.

He remarked, “What Nigerians are saying is that President Tinubu's reform policies are effective.”

“Today, no one can claim they are uneducated due to a lack of funds for schooling because we have loans available.”

“Furthermore, no one can say they were unable to seek medical treatment due to insufficient funds for hospital bills because, today, we have a functioning health insurance scheme.”
