The Nigeria National League, NNL, has announced the kick-off date for the 2025-26 season.
The new season will commence on Saturday, 8 November, 2025.
The date was announced at the NNL Annual General Meeting in Kaduna on Tuesday.
Part of the decision reached at the meeting was the cancellation of the Super Eight playoff tournament.
The top teams from the four groups will secure promotion to the NPFL.
Lobi Stars will battle with City FC in the opening game of the new season.
