Palestinian media outlets have reported that nine people have been killed and 15 others sustained various levels of injuries in an Israeli air strike that took place overnight, targeting an area north of Gaza City.
A spokesperson for the Hamas-run civil defense authority, stated that the attack targeted the home of a journalist.
Reports indicate that the unnamed journalist survived the strike.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has not officially made any comment regarding the incident.
