REFORM leader Nigel Farage has vehemently dismissed any notion that he is considering an election alliance with the Conservatives.

Last night, the party leader described the idea as “absurd” while rejecting rumors about a potential agreement.

Donors informed the Financial Times that he has privately raised hopes for a collaboration with the Conservatives.

During the 2019 election, Mr. Farage withdrew hundreds of his party's candidates to assist in defeating.

However, he has since accused the Conservatives of “betrayal,” particularly regarding their spending, which has reached record levels.

Bookmakers Ladbrokes currently have Farage at 7/2 odds to succeed Keir Starmer as Prime Minister.

This places him comfortably ahead of Andy Burnham and Wes Streeting, both of whom are tied for second favorite at 6/1 each.

Given that he is the bookmakers' favorite to become the next Prime Minister, why would he wish to collaborate with the Conservatives?
