NICOLE Kidman and Keith Urban are faced with the difficult challenge of dividing their impressive £210 million property portfolio as part of their divorce settlement.

After the celebrity couple finalized their separation this week, they have reached an agreement on how their collection of multi-million-pound homes will be allocated.

According to documents reviewed by the Daily Mail , both Nicole and Keith will keep ownership of the properties they currently possess, while the remainder will be divided to their mutual agreement.

It is reported that most of the ex-couple's properties were jointly acquired after their wedding in 2006.

The latest acquisition occurred in 2023, consisting of a £5.7 million three-bedroom apartment in Sydney‘s exclusive Landmark Latitude complex – marking their sixth property in the same high-rise building.

They have an additional £13.3 million invested in the complex.

Nicole and Keith first invested in the apartment block in 2009, purchasing a sizable 420-square-meter unit overlooking the city's iconic harbor for £4.45 million.

They later spent £5.2 million on a larger neighboring apartment when it became available in 2012.

In 2011, the couple acquired a smaller unit on the 19th floor for £2 million, which Nicole utilized as a home office.

Variety is important, and Nicole and Keith diversified their investments over the years by adding mansions to their portfolio.

Nashville, known for its music scene, was first on their list.

They purchased a large 20-room home in the city back in 2008 for a seemingly reasonable £2.6 million.

This residence served as their primary home throughout their marriage and provided a retreat from the spotlight.

Nicole previously stated: “Keith and I excel at disconnecting because we have a wonderful life in Nashville that is simple, serene, and fulfilling because we’ve cultivated it that way.”

It is anticipated that Nicole will remain in Nashville, as she has been awarded primary custody of their children.

Next, they acquired a five-bedroom retreat in Beverly Hills for £3.5 million, an ideal base for Hollywood star Nicole. This property features an outdoor pool and slide, along with stunning city views.

The couple also had interests in properties on the East Coast.

Their most significant purchase involved a £10.03 million 10th-floor Manhattan duplex, which includes a state-of-the-art elevator, followed by a smaller, trendy apartment in Tribeca in 2020 for a comparatively modest £4.2 million.

Court documents obtained by Page Six indicate that Nicole and Keith have waived all child and spousal support.

Their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, will reside with Nicole for 306 days each year.

Keith will spend 59 days, or “every other weekend,” with them, as outlined in court documents.
