Footballers are a common target for thieves across Europe with both and confronted by masked robbers in just the past few months.
It’s normally a player’s home that is invaded and robbed; Fullkrug will feel extra unlucky that the criminals have been able to get into his hotel room.

Two men attempted to rob £200,000 worth of jewellery and watches from the then-Arsenal pair.
CCTV showed Bosnia and Herzegovina hardman Kolašinac fighting them off as Özil protected his wife in his Mercedes G-Wagon.
In Italy, that saw his car wrecked.
The Napoli star was forced to hand over his watch at gunpoint after a pair of armed thugs shattered the window of his black minibus. That was only in 2024.
Fullkrug has played four times for Milan thus far and has yet to score a goal.
But, the red-half of the City is only six points behind their fierce rivals Inter in second with a game in hand.
The former Dortmund star moved to West Ham for £27 million in the summer of 2024.
While scoring goals in Germany hadn’t been a problem, the striker could only net three goals in 29 games for the Hammers.
It was thought a loan move might be best for all parties for Fullkrug might not feel that way right now after finding his safe broken into.
