HE loves to spend his time playing golf, walking his dog and enjoying the occasional pint at his local.
Now ‘s body is living up to his OAP lifestyle, because aged just 32, he’s admitted his hips are “going” and he fears he may need a double hip op, just like his dad.

The star had reconstructive surgery on his knee in 2014 and then needed injections in his other knee nine years later after tearing a tendon.
So he reckons it’s his genetics that have let him down, and suggested it’s just a matter of time until he needs an intervention.
admitted: “My knees are f****ed.
“The hips are going now too.
“I think I was just genetically f***ed from the day I was born.
“My dad is 66 this year.
“He’s just had a knee replacement.
“He’s had a hip done 18 months ago.
“He’s getting another hip done now.”
When it was pointed out that his father is double his age, he replied: “I know, but it was clearly in there.
“My uncle had two knees done.
“Like, it’s a thing.
“I think I was just ruined from the day I was born.”
Fans will be hoping Niall can still move his hips on stage after last night announcing a six-date UK arena tour, starting in on September 22.
For his fourth album Dinner Party — which is released on June 5 — he admits his girlfriend Amelia was the “muse” for many of the songs.
And he may even have a song to rival his pal ’ euphemistic hit, Watermelon Sugar, which is about the female orgasm.
Niall said: “Tastes So Good and Monochromatic are probably on the sexier side of things.
“They give a little bit more detail.”
While Monochromatic is about being nude, the former track features the lyric: “I don’t know what you’re made of, but it tastes so good to me.”
Some other songs are a bit more soppy, because asked how Amelia reacted when she heard it, he said: “She did a lot of crying.”
And he has confessed he owes a fan a writing credit for a lyric on his upcoming track Flowers.
On The Zach Sang Show podcast, he explained: “It came from a tweet.
“I’d posted something and one of the fans had written underneath it, ‘Your eyes could grow flowers.’
“I just thought that was a really cool concept, straight from a fan.
“I need to find that person because I need to give them their writing credit.”
LOUIS’S TEARS FOR LIAM
LOUIS TOMLINSON shed a tear for late One Direction bandmate Liam Payne during an emotional set at the start of his third solo tour this week.
Fans noticed how he looked visibly upset as he played Dark To Light from his latest album How Did I Get Here? for the first time in Hamburg, Germany.
Louis penned the track about struggling to cope after Liam’s death in October 2024.
After a series of shows across Europe, the tour will reach the UK next month.
I’m sure Liam would be very proud of how Louis has made a success of his solo career.

was in the dog house at this year’s – but not in the way you might think.
The eight-time Grammy winner told me he and his author wife Suleika Jaouad have a quirky tradition of rescuing a pup every time they head to for the big night, and this year they doubled up.
In an exclusive chat, Jon, left, said: “The main reason we went to the Oscars this year was to pick up two new .
“It’s a tradition of ours.
“Every time we go, we come back with a dog and this time we came back with two.
“They’re very, very miniature chihuahuas . . . incredibly furry with white fur and big eyes.”
Jon, who starred in show The Piano alongside Mika and , has more memorable nights on the horizon with his four-night residency at North London’s Koko from June 24 to 28.
He said: “What I love about this residency is that it allows me to take things from my entire history and share them in this brand new way.
“With everything that I’ve learned today as a musician, as a person, as an artist, I have evolved and expanded.
“So even playing my old records now, it’s a brand new experience.
“The guests are just gonna be spectacular.
“There are some very, very well-known and very celebrated friends of mine who are going to join.”
With that line-up, and a couple of new four-legged fans waiting at home, it certainly sounds like quite the show.

CHAKA NOT EVERY WOMAN
Chaka Khan says she is unimpressed with younger women in popCredit: CraSH/Shutterstock
SOUL diva Chaka Khan is unimpressed with younger women in pop who dance provocatively to get attention.
Speaking to Jessie Ware on the Table Manners podcast, which is out today, she said: “The game has changed.
“All bets are off.
“These women are doing any and every damn thing on stage and trying to sing, too.”
Chaka, whose Seventies hit I’m Every Woman is still a party favourite, added: “The ones who are doing the most physicalities with their butts and stuff, and their body parts are the ones that usually are compensating for what they don’t have.
“I came to sing, and I came to really do a good job, and that’s hard work.”

wants to be partying in the afterlife – after revealing she wants her ashes scattered in the party area at festival.
She told the Where There’s a Will, There’s A Wake podcast: “Could some of my friends take some of my ashes to Glastonbury during the festival?
“That is the place where I’ve had the most fun with my friends, with my kids.
“I love the idea that one of the afternoons or evenings or up at Shangri-La, your mates get together and everybody takes a little bit and you’re going to scatter it around at the rave.
“So you’re forever in that fabulous place, because I’ve had so much fun there.
“I love that place.”
Me too, Zoe.

THEY ended their feud for their 2025 comeback tour, now brothers and are letting us into their family photo album to show how good the gigs were.
They are releasing a book of unseen images taken on the road last year, featuring 1,000 photos celebrating their legacy.
The Oasis Live ’25 Opus is the official photographic chronicle and Simon Emmett, who took the iconic photograph of the brothers walking back on stage on the opening night in together after so many years apart, collaborated with them on it.
He said: “When I saw the reaction to the photo, it was obvious to me that this wasn’t a single event.

DWAYNE ROCKS LOCKS
Dwayne Johnson has flowing locks in the live-action remake of MoanaCredit: Disney
must have felt like he’d turned back the clock with these flowing locks for the live-action remake of Moana.
The first trailer for the film has just been released, and The Rock returns as demigod Maui – ten years after he voiced the character in the animated hit.
It has long felt like has run out of ideas, but remaking a relatively recent film in an almost scene-for-scene copy is completely ridiculous.
Mind you, the soundtrack is so good, I’m sure it’ll still have me singing along when it hits cinemas on July 10.
