The young woman, who is from the and is currently her with her Lawrence, took to to share her , leaving many totally stunned.
On a mission to add privacy to her space without losing the light, Sophie used the 6mm Reeded Window Film from Purlfrost, which cost her £50.

Not only this, but rather than on replacing the window, she described her hack as a “.”
Showing off her bathroom window prior to its , Sophie said: “Me and my husband always have the classic argument about aesthetics versus practicality – but I fear Lawrence might have a point in this case, because giving my front row seats to the shower performance wasn’t exactly on my mood board.”
Luckily, Sophie was able to find a “very ” solution, as she added: “We’re using this 6mm window film to give us some privacy back in our en suite.”
Demonstrating how to apply the , the continued: “You install it by cutting it to slightly bigger than the window pane, spraying down both the glass and the back of the film with a mix of water and – line up the film on the window and squeegee out the bubbles and excess water.
“Once all of the water is out, you then trim it neatly with a Stanley knife and a card – now I can’t lie, I did find the trimming down a little fiddly, but for £50 this is such an effective fix compared to replacing the whole window pane.”
Thrilled with her “quick” and “effective DIY win” which took a matter of minutes, Sophie proudly showed off the finished window.
Following this, the beamed: “It’s a big thumbs up from me.”
