Nathan Aspinall has shared how his new surprise walk-on remix energized him as he advanced into the second round of the German Darts Championship.
The World No. 22 made a daring change to his well-known walk-on, beginning with 'Lose Yourself' by Eminem before transitioning into his signature track 'Mr. Brightside' by The Killers.

The new intro clearly had the desired effect as 'The Asp' won 6–3 in the first round, achieving an impressive average of 103.78 and executing a remarkable 160 checkout en route to his victory.
Aspinall, who is now set to face Ross Smith in the second round, acknowledged that the fresh pre-match entrance provided him with a significant boost.
He stated: “It really did get me pumped. Obviously, everyone loves 'Mr. Brightside', but I hear it 490 million times a year.
“I’m a huge Eminem fan and wanted to start with something a bit different.
“The DJs are fantastic on the Euro Tour, so who knows — we might introduce it to more events.”
The two-time major winner Aspinall also expressed admiration for his opponent, who challenged him throughout the match despite the final score.
He added: “Tonight was the first time I met Max, and I really like the guy.
“He mentioned that he hasn’t been playing very well this year, but he played brilliantly tonight.
“Kudos to him; he played an excellent game. He never backed down.
“Even when I started off strong, he kept fighting back and stayed close to me.
“I respect players like that because that’s what I’m about. It was a great game, and he made me work.”
Stockport thrower Aspinall has been in outstanding form this year, clinching two European Tour titles and reaching two Players Championship finals.
The 34-year-old has also excelled in major events, making it to the quarter-finals of the World Championship, World Masters, and UK Open this year.
