Nigerian rapper and singer Okafor Uchenna Victor, popularly known as Mr Real, has expressed significant concern regarding the increasing insecurity across the nation.

In a post shared on his social media accounts, the artist revealed that he recently experienced a troubling dream in which armed bandits allegedly invaded Lagos.

He described the dream as particularly vivid, indicating that in it, the assailants were abducting individuals from nightclubs and office buildings.

Mr Real emphasized that his worry arises from the fact that many of his past dreams have ultimately come true.

“My mind has been uneasy since yesterday due to the things I’ve been witnessing. I dreamt that bandits entered Lagos. In that dream, they were taking people from clubs and offices. Since I began having these dreams, around 70% of them have actually happened,” he stated.

The singer urged community members to stay alert, clarifying that his intention was not to instill fear but to raise awareness about the current security situation.

Mr Real’s concerns surfaced less than two days after the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, issued a warning, indicating that armed groups have infiltrated various communities in the South-West with intentions to execute coordinated attacks.

According to Adams, these groups are focusing on Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo, and even Lagos State.
