On top of this, Sue, who has on , was horrified to see that she now has crow’s feet and her breasts have turned into what she called “bag” boobs.

Posting on , Sue shared her , as she urged other women not to use the .

She said: “I just wanted to go through a few things about MJ – don’t get me wrong it’s good stuff, but as a user who’s lost six and a half stone, I don’t recommend it. I , I really don’t.”

The 58-year-old then pointed to the on her neck and added: “The has caused me to age so much – look at it, I never had all this when I was fat, yeah I had a double chin, but all my skin was smooth, it wasn’t like this.”

Stressing her attempts to take all the necessary supplements, Sue explained: “Please don’t tell me about taking , taking this, taking that, I’ve done it all – I take electrolytes, I take collagen, I take vitamin D, I take milk thistle, I take beetroot capsules, I take loads of stuff, I’m taking protein left, right and centre, I’m doing everything people said.”

On top of taking supplements, Sue is also as much as she can.

But she called her “disgusting” and continued: “The crow’s feet… look at that. I’ve never had all this. I didn’t when I was fat.”

Showing off the “flappy skin” on her arms, she continued: “The flappy skin…and then I’ve got it on my and my tits have gone south and I look flat-chested, but like, they’re just hanging in bags.

Sue went on to claim that you have “” if you want to stay slim and voiced her regret at starting the injections in the first place.

The , who has also had “terrible” and “ridiculous” since starting the injections, warned: “I wish I could go back – I wish I’d got a gastric band and I would advise anyone to do that.

“If you’re young enough, just cut down your eating, up your activity. If you’re an older person, if you can cut down on your and up your activity, it could work, but try not to go on MJ, try not to do it.”

Sue’s clip, which was posted under the username @ suebarber125 , has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 52,200 views in just 24 hours.

But social media users were left totally divided by Sue’s claims – while many agreed and noticed that they too have aged since using , others reinforced that ageing is a generic implication of , regardless of if fat jabs were used or not.

One person said: “I hear ya! There is so much that is not talked about on MJ.”

Another added: “Yes it I have noticed my face is now .”

A third penned: “I have exactly the same problems and same weight loss. But it would happen whichever way we lost the weight.”

At the same time, one user commented: “I am 47 and this happened to me just with weight loss, not just . It’s part of being bigger and losing weight.”

Meanwhile, someone else chimed in: “That will happen anyway regardless if you’re using a weight loss tool or losing naturally.”

Whilst one simply wrote: “Sorry I don’t agree with any of what you said.”

What to do if you lose too much weight too quickly whilst on Mounjaro

IF you're losing too much weight too quickly while on Mounjaro, it’s important to take action to avoid potential health risks like muscle loss, malnutrition, dehydration, and fatigue. Here’s what you can do:

Evaluate Your Caloric Intake

Mounjaro reduces appetite, which can make it easy to eat too little. If you’re losing weight too fast (more than two to three lbs per week after the initial adjustment period), try:

  • Tracking your food intake to ensure you’re eating enough calories (apps like MyFitnessPal can help).
  • Increasing protein intake to preserve muscle mass (aim for 0.6–1g per pound of body weight).
  • Adding healthy fats and complex carbs (e.g., avocados, nuts, whole grains) for balanced energy.

Adjust Your Dosage (With Doctor’s Approval)

If your weight loss is too rapid or causing side effects, your doctor may:

  • Pause dose increases or lower your dosage.
  • Adjust your treatment plan to stabilise your weight loss.

Strength Training & Exercise

To prevent muscle loss:

  • Incorporate resistance training at least two to three times per week.
  • Stay active with low-impact exercises like walking or yoga.

Hydrate & Manage Electrolytes

  • Drink enough water (Mounjaro can reduce thirst).
  • Electrolytes matter – Consider adding magnesium, sodium, and potassium if you feel weak or fatigued.

Monitor for Malnutrition & Deficiencies

Rapid weight loss can cause vitamin/mineral deficiencies (especially B12, iron, and electrolytes). If you experience:

  • Fatigue, hair loss, or dizziness, ask your doctor about supplements.

Consider Further Medical Guidance

If your weight loss is excessive or causing health concerns, speak with your healthcare provider.

They might adjust your dosage, diet, or exercise plan to help stabilise your weight loss.

According to Weight Watchers , losing weight and reaching your goal weight can come with a surprising side effect: looser skin.

As per advice from dermatologist Nina Desai, when you lose weight, you inevitably lose some fat, including that which naturally occurs in your face and neck.

And when that happens, volume in your face and neck decreases, which creates and folds.

The experts also recognised that when fat is lost, so is collagen – the scaffolding within skin that keeps it firm and plump.

Your skin already naturally loses collagen due to age, so combine that with losing weight, subsequently the experts believe it’s not surprising to see droopier, wrinkled skin.

Meanwhile, as reported by Riverbanks Clinic , many patients have reported sagging, hollowing and a tired look after medication related weight loss.

New scientific evidence has suggested a possible new mechanism for why this occurs.

According to recent work by Dr Sabrina Fabi , the dermal white adipose tissue, known as dWAT, is a distinct fat layer inside the dermis that supports elasticity and dermal homeostasis.

But evidence suggests that GLP-1 therapies such as and may deplete this layer.

Consequently, skin loses collagen even when total fat loss seems modest, leading to face hollowing, a looser jawline and neck, a crepey texture, fine lines and a duller tone with reduced bounce, explaining why some faces look prematurely aged after weight change on fat jabs.
