Now, both are being held on a comfortable unit at a youth , where they are allowed regular visits and phone calls, get hours of communal time where they can play Xbox games and table tennis and have £20 a week of taxpayers’ money to spend on treats in the prison shop.

They are in single cells with their own showers and phones and have a desk and laptop, plus TV and DVD player.

They get to use the gym at least five times per week.

It is pretty sickening and a lot of the staff think they are older than they claim. They pretend they cannot speak English when it suits

They also have one-on-one sessions with custody support plan officers, who can play games including Jenga with offenders to teach them the importance of having solid foundations in life.

A source said: “I have known these officers in young offender institutions to play Jenga so they can pull the bottom of the tower away and it all falls down.

“Their role is to build the self- esteem of the prisoner and talk to them about their needs.

“These two have recently been moved to Werrington, and the regime there means they are basically being mollycoddled.

“It is shocking how cushy their life is there. They have nice cells, which are basically bedrooms, and allowed loads of time out.

“They are allowed time in the gym and access to workshops plus a ‘spends’ account of £20 per week.

“That is taxpayers’ money that they can spend on treats like cans of Coke, Maltesers and Pringles.

“They are having an easier life, with more resources lavished on them, than a lot of kids their age in the outside world.

“It is pretty sickening and a lot of the staff think they are older than they claim. They pretend they cannot speak English when it suits.”

Jahanzeb and Niazal had arrived in Britain months before targeting the girl in a park in Leamington Spa, , on May 10.

They frog-marched her to a secluded area before the attack.

She managed to take some phone footage and could be heard crying “you’re going to rape me” as she was forced away.

The footage was so appalling their barrister warned it could lead to disorder if the public saw it.

The pair were arrested days after the attack and at magistrates’ in October both admitted rape of a child.

As they were sentenced on Monday, the court heard their 15-year-old victim was ignored by a passer-by as she pleaded for help.

Jahanzeb was locked up for ten years and eight months. Niazal was handed nine years and ten months.

It comes as has finally to stop it blocking migrant removals.

'Don't know' farce

By

AN Afghan has won the right to stay in Britain despite answering “I don’t know” 158 times during a Home Office interview.

The asylum seeker — who arrived illegally on a small boat claiming to be a child — repeatedly told officials he could not answer their questions, including how old he was.

He also said the phrase “I can’t remember” at least 49 times during screening, it was claimed during his immigration court hearing.

But the Upper Tribunal still ruled in his favour and he has been granted leave to remain in the UK as a refugee until 2029.

It also ruled he was telling the truth and he was 15 at the time of his arrival, and is 18 now, despite officials believing he is at least 20.

In the ruling, an unnamed judge stated: “I find it credible that he does not know his exact date of birth and did not know his age when he left Afghanistan.”
