With assets valued at £10,000,000 and an impressive collection of 35 homes, Katie and Danny Bloomfield are set to offer a very comfortable lifestyle for their children.
However, if their six children were expecting to live like nepo babies, they will soon realize that handouts are not part of the deal in this household.

In fact, Katie and Danny are so committed to not spoiling their children that they have created a family loyalty program.
Similar to a Tesco Clubcard, rewards are only available to those who have earned them, regardless of their parents' financial status.
The couple, who operate DKB Homes, a property development and investment firm, along with Bloomfields , their business strategy and coaching brand, have crafted a family life that is as deliberate as their business ventures.
At the center of it all lies their very own Bloomfield Rewards Scheme.
This entrepreneurial couple, who skillfully balance a flourishing business with family responsibilities, have designed a unique “Bloomfield Rewards Scheme” for their children—one that celebrates hard work, instills values, and ensures that every achievement is recognized.
During an appearance on Steve Inala Reedy’s podcast, A Content Space, the Bloomfields discussed how they have intentionally structured their lives so that work and family are not separate entities.
Instead, they are seamlessly integrated—whether it involves taking the kids to business events, flying them to Los Angeles for a talk, or simply allowing them to observe how their parents manage operations behind the scenes.
With six children, the Bloomfields believe that rewards are crucial for keeping everyone motivated, grounded, and engaged.
“We’ve established a family rewards scheme,” Danny explains.
“If we secure a significant deal, we’ll treat everyone to a trip to Center Parcs.
“For smaller victories, we might all enjoy hot chocolate with marshmallows at Costa.
“Even that can cost £50 for the whole family—but it’s worth it because our kids understand they are part of the process.”
Sometimes the reward is pocket money or a shopping outing, while at other times it may be a family getaway.
For the Bloomfields, the core principle remains the same: intertwine family life and business life so that the children feel included in the journey.
Danny elaborates: “Our kids are aware of both the highs and lows.
“They witness the long days from 7 AM to 9:30 PM when we are back-to-back with Zoom calls, podcasts, and events.
“But they also experience the successes—and when those successes occur, we celebrate as a family. They understand that hard work yields rewards.”
Two of the Bloomfield children are even officially employed in the family business, a decision Katie and Danny view as a way to raise them to be not just “wealthy kids,” but responsible individuals.
“We aim to leave a legacy,” Katie states.
