AN Albanian criminal who argued that he should not be deported because his son does not like foreign chicken nuggets has won his appeal to stay.
A judge has ruled that, as the youngster has sensory difficulties, it would be in his best interests.

First Tier Tribunal Judge Linda Veloso said the child — referred to as C in the proceedings — had received invaluable support from his school and that his improvement was a “delicate ongoing process”.
She also said the UK was the only country C had known and the lad neither spoke nor understood Albanian.
C’s father, Klevis Disha, was jailed for two years in 2017 after being found with £250,000 in cash, known to be the proceeds of .
He was due to be kicked out of the UK but his case was held up in the appeal system after he said his son has special needs and the family should stay.
The said yesterday: “We are actively considering this judgment.
“We continue to explore all options in relation to an onward appeal.”

AN asylum seeker caught driving a car packed with tanks of laughing gas has been granted leave to stay in the UK, a court heard.
Cops found huge nitrous oxide canisters when they stopped Zanko Akbar, 24, in Bournemouth in 2024, Poole magistrates heard.
Akbar, who lives in a migrant hotel, said he now has Home Office “permission to stay” and work — and expects to find a job.
He admitted possession and must do community service and drug rehab.
