RUBEN Dias has been accused of following women online whilst loved-up with Maya Jama.
The showbiz couple called time on their 18-month relationship at the end of April after “reaching a crossroads”.

But it can now be revealed that during their time together he was .
Ruben has been accused of “toe dipping” – a practice where one user follows another on social media to invite a response, then if the targeted user doesn’t return the favour, the follow is retracted.
Fans have been tracking Ruben’s toe dipping for years and noted that he tends to follow a woman in the evening, then unfollow them the next day.
This March, screenshots suggest the star slid a late night follow to gorgeous model and bridal designer Catarina Duraes, before unfollowing her the next morning when she didn’t return the favour.

In November 2025 it was the same alleged pattern with a brunette from Perth, Scotland called Claire.
A source said: “It might just seem like a simple follow online but it’s the intention behind it, following someone to see if they follow back and interact, and always doing it late at night – it’s seedy.
“It suggests he’s sat browsing Instagram and what happens if they do follow back or DM?”
There is no suggestion cheated on , nor that he met with the women.

Both Catarina and Claire did not follow the footballer back.
It comes after The Sun revealed Ruben had already been busy dipping his toe back in the pool since the split, similarly reaching out to an a week after the break-up plus a pretty blonde called Georgia this week.
Maya and Ruben made the mutual decision to split before she flew to Inverness for at the end of April.
A source said: “Ruben’s single now so can do what he wants, but the toe dipping whilst he was with Maya will raise eyebrows.”

They have both cleared their Instagram profiles of any loved-up snaps.
A source close to the pair said: “Maya and Ruben had a wonderful time together and there’s still a lot of love and respect between them.
“But with both of their careers going into overdrive this summer, they realised that the relationship had run its course and it was better to separate.
