Judex Atshatshi, of Dagenham, has now been charged with arson – accused of acting recklessly as to whether lives could have been put in danger.

He was arrested by counter terror cops on April 16 after raids at two addresses in east London.

Atshatshi is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

Another 18-year-old arrested on the same day on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.

He has been bailed until July.

Three other suspects had already been charged over the attack – and are set to appear at the Old Bailey on April 24.

Earlier this month, officers arrested Hamza Iqbal, 20, Rehan Khan, 19, and a 17-year-old boy in dawn raids across east London.

All three are accused of arson being reckless as to whether life would be endangered following the blaze that ripped through four ambulances used by the Jewish community.

Iqbal and Khan are both from Leyton, while the 17-year-old – who cannot be named – is from Walthamstow.

Shocking CCTV footage appears to show three masked yobs setting the vehicles alight before scarpering into the night.

The inferno is believed to have been worsened by gas canisters inside the ambulances exploding as flames tore through them.

Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters raced to the scene just before 1.45am as the blaze took hold.

Terrified residents were forced from nearby homes as crews battled to bring the fire under control.

No one was injured.
