According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Man Utd and the Serie A outfit have agreed on the Brazil international’s price.
The Red Devils will pay a fixed £35m with about £5m of potential bonuses.
Personal terms are in place between the Manchester giants and Ederson, who is set to put pen to paper on a four-year contract, with an option to extend until 2031.
However, the 26-year-old must still complete his medical with United.
The same source claims all parties plan to complete the transfer around early July.
