Previously unreleased footage broadcast by Globo and CNN Brazil reportedly shows Kellermann entering the condominium on several occasions despite strict security measures.
Footage from January allegedly depicts Kellermann arriving at the actress’s home and reaching the front door after introducing himself as her “cousin.”
Employees at the condominium reportedly welcomed him and granted him access.
At that time, Isis Valverde and her husband were not present, but police were notified.
Authorities later tracked Kellermann to a hotel in Barra da Tijuca, where he was staying.
According to police, Kellermann asserted that he met the actress in Brasília, fell in love with her, and subsequently hired a private investigator to find her address.
Investigators report that he also confessed to stalking her for approximately 20 years.
The case has been referred to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Despite the report, Kellermann allegedly attempted to approach the actress again in June.
Images show him outside her residence carrying gifts. By the time police arrived, he had already departed.
The third incident occurred this week when Kellermann was allegedly caught in the act.
He was arrested, and the court mandated preventive detention.
According to the prosecutor, this time he reportedly behaved aggressively and insisted he would not leave without speaking to the actress.
Kellermann’s defense team requested an urgent psychiatric evaluation, citing previous involuntary hospitalizations related to substance abuse and hazardous behavior. The court approved this request.
His attorney, Sandra Peluso, stated: “We are not requesting his release, as he will continue to harass the victim. What we seek is for him to be admitted to a custodial hospital to begin psychiatric treatment.”
