MARRIED At First Sight UK star Polly Sellman has wowed followers with a bikini snap – following her dramatic body transformation.
, 29, displayed her post as she shared the picture on social media.
Looking stunning in a striped bikini, she told followers on Instagram Stories as she took a mirror selfie: “The girls debut to the garden.”
– who married Adam Nightingale in the 2024 MAFS series – lost a mighty after appearing on the E4 dating show.
However, she wasn’t entirely truthful about how she achieved her initial weight loss transformation.
– who now lives in Australia – actually used weight loss drug to shed the weight.
She previously travelled to Turkey to get the cosmetic surgery done and documented the journey, telling fans: “This is a procedure I’ve wanted for well over 10 years and also to remove that stubborn bra fat either side of my arm (the left side was significantly larger than the right) which was genuinely my one and only insecurities due to me not being able to wear certain tops / straps.
“So I’m super excited for those to be gone and me finally be able to wear the top styles I want!”
She concluded: “I’m so excited to share this journey with everyone after a very long time of wanting the girls done.”
Polly previously spoke exclusively to The Sun about and opting to go back on the weight loss injections.
She admitted: “After the show, I wasn’t [honest], and I did say, ‘oh, I’ve just changed what I’m eating and drinking’, because of the fact that no one else had kind of come forward to say that they were on it.
“Whereas when more and more people started coming out. I was then like, ‘oh, f**k it, I don’t need to lie anymore’, because everyone’s taking it.”
She then explained: “I was on it for 6 weeks before going back to the reunion, that’s how I lost a stone and a half.”
Polly noted how lying about it was “worse off” for her in the long run.
“I’ve lied about it before, and I think lying about it, all that, like, a couple of years ago, kind of, like, it was worse off for me.”
Polly also opened up to us about opting to go back on weight loss injections now she’s had her boob job.
“It’s only going to be for 6 weeks. It’s only going to be for the time that I’m recovering and not being able to train,” she said.
“I want to go on that [weight loss injections] to maintain the weight that I am, so I don’t put any more on.
“So when I was able to train again. I am still the same weight, and I’ve kept, kind of, muscle, and I’ve kept the fat loss down.
“It’s just all about maintaining. It’s not necessarily for me going on it this time around for weight loss. It’s about maintaining so I’m not putting any on during my recovery,” she explained.
She found fame on series 9 of MAFS UK in 2024 and was matched with barber Adam.
The pair had a volatile relationship and fans will remember her pouring wine on him during an explosive dinner party.
They decided to split during the final vows and no longer have any contact with one another.
Polly has since relocated to Queensland, , and now lives on the Sunshine Coast.
