MARRIED At First Sight UK star Adrienne Naylor shared with her fans how she successfully lost 50kg.

At 27, she posted a before-and-after photo of herself in response to a follower's inquiry about how to begin their weight loss journey.

“Can I please ask what the first 3 to 5 things you did to start your journey? I'm feeling overwhelmed starting in 2026,” a fan asked on Instagram.

Adrienne provided a detailed response that included setting “mini goals,” tracking calorie intake, establishing a daily walking target, enhancing your environment, and creating a sustainable plan.

“When I first began, I laughed at my goal of reaching 85kg (I was 117kg), but now I’ve lost 50kg,” she explained.

“Your mini goals don’t have to focus on weight; they can be milestones like birthdays, holidays, or fitting back into your favorite jeans.”

Adrienne added, “I hate to break it to you, but calorie counting is effective,” and suggested online tools for tracking calories, including her own calorie counter.

She emphasized that creating a supportive environment is crucial for weight loss success.

“This is significant; look around you—are you satisfied with your environment? Are the people in your life positively influencing you? Can you make improvements?” she advised.

Adrienne concluded, “Establish a plan and stick to it. Consistency is key! It may seem tedious, but it works. Outline your week, including workouts, meals, and social activities.”

Adrienne gained popularity during the eighth series of Married At First Sight UK in 2023, joining the show as an intruder later in the season.

During her time on the show, she was paired with Matt Pilmoor, but they ultimately decided to part ways amicably.

The reality star has always been open about her struggles with body image but sadly revealed in 2024 that she encounters constant negativity on social media.

In response to trolls, she remarked: “‘It’s easy for you,’ ‘You’re so lucky,’ and ‘I wish I had your motivation’ are comments I receive frequently.

“The truth is, I haven’t always looked or felt this way. Body image and weight have been lifelong challenges for me, and I was the girl who would look at people in the gym and think I could NEVER do that.”

“This journey has been tough and one that I’ve committed my life to; it’s a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Along the way, I’ve faced comments like, ‘don’t take it too far,’ ‘You’re obsessed with the gym,’ and ‘should you be eating that,’ which criticize my natural journey.”

“These comments have added pressure, especially in the past year when I gained a stone due to a whirlwind of life events. That’s perfectly okay! Yet, I’ve received remarks like, ‘Oh, you’ve put on a bit of weight,’ and ‘Wow, she’s huge now.’

“As someone who has always battled with her weight, I’ve experienced bullying, been excluded from groups, and felt judged by how others perceive me.”
