Rozz Darlington found out she has an anterior placenta, making her second pregnancy very different to her first.

Sharing on Instagram, the 30-year-old said it’s a totally “different experience” to her , who is now around one.

Rozz, who appeared on the E4 experiment in 2023, wrote: “23 weeks and this pregnancy feels SO different to my first with Arabella”

“I’ve got an anterior placenta this time and honestly… I barely feel anything compared to before.”

“I know baby is absolutely fine, but it’s such a different experience and definitely makes me overthink sometimes. Anterior placenta driving me potty!”

Fans were quick to weigh in with their own experiences of the condition.

One shared: “I had an anterior placenta with both of mine… it did make it harder to feel the kicks. I ended up feeling them more on the sides. Especially when they got bigger.”

Another commented: “I had an anterior placenta the first time and didn’t feel any movement till 28 weeks, but I didn’t realise how different/ odd that was until having our second with a posterior placenta and wow!!”

An is when the placenta grows at the front of the womb, sitting between the baby and your tummy.

In simple terms, it acts like a cushion, meaning movements can feel more muffled and you might not notice kicks as early.

It’s very common and usually nothing to worry about, but it can mean you feel your baby later than other mums and kicks can seem softer or harder to detect. Midwives may also take a little longer to find the baby’s heartbeat during check-ups.

Most pregnancies with an anterior placenta are completely normal and it doesn’t usually affect the birth — it’s just one of those quirks of how everything is positioned.

Rozz shot to fame on, where her relationship with proved rocky.

Things came to a head when she admitted she wasn’t attracted to him, leading to an awkward and emotional journey playing out on screen.

Rozz dumped a heartbroken Thomas on the TV show after being unsure of their future.

The pair split before the final vows after she said she couldn’t get past the lack of physical attraction.

Following the programme, Rozz moved on with Jordan and went public with their relationship in June 2024.

Speaking to OK! Magazine shortly after they went public, Rozz said: “At first I was like, ‘Oh God, what are people going to be like?’

“But people have been generally nice towards Jordan since we went Instagram official.
