MARRIED At First Sight bride Jay Howard has revealed she feels amazing after losing more than two stone, having once resigned herself to always being overweight.
The 34-year-old reality star shared the results of her weight-loss journey on Instagram, where the dramatic difference was clear to see.

Jay said she had “given up hope” before discovering weight-loss service Voy , which offers prescription slimming jabs such as and alongside coaching and lifestyle support.
She shared a picture of herself holding up a pair of jeans that now swamp her slimmer frame, writing: “I’ve lost over 28lbs and can’t believe the difference.”
“Not only do I feel much lighter physically, but so much mentally lighter too. I’ve always struggled with my weight and this yo-yo cycle just went on and on for years.
“I really had given up hope and thought I’d always be overweight and unhappy for the rest of my life.”

She then revealed how she did it, outlining the paid subscription service, and noted that the post was an advert and that she had been sponsored by the company.
“Then I discovered @joinvoy. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Their clinical support changed things for me and I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve been in a very, very long time | AD”
Jay said the biggest change has been the medication’s effect on her mindset towards food and exercise, which has given her newfound body confidence.
She wrote: “I’ve been training regularly in the gym and now that summer is coming, my mindset has completely shifted. I just feel much more like me again and far less self-conscious.

“This was never about hitting a number on a scale. It’s about feeling comfortable and confident in my own body and putting my health first.”
The TV star made history as the first disabled bride to appear on Married At First Sight UK when she joined the 2023 series.
